Fantastic QuickTime Movie Showcases 'Mac heavy' Electric Image

31 Mar 00

Macintosh favorite son and 3D animation heavyweight Electric Image is showcasing their products' abilities in a fantastic visual feast! The QuickTime movie loads quickly (in various sizes for your bandwidth) and entertains you with a soundtrack and continuous edited clips from some of Electric Images' most high profile movies and television broadcasts (users).

Featured in the QuickTime movie are scenes from Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Star Trek, Men in Black, X-Files, Mission Impossible, Batman, Contact, Titanic, numerous television commercials, NBC 2000 TV graphic animations, and a whole lot of other neat stuff.

Best of all, Electric Image 2.9 is a Macintosh only product (at the moment). Play's Electric Image division has been primarily a Mac only company until relatively recently. In the future Electric Image 2.9 will come to Windows NT, Sun Solaris and SGI Unix platforms using their cross-platform and open industry standards for programming. For more info click here.
