NewTek reaches major Milestone
|
NewTek, the makers of the award-winning Lightwave 3D software,
has reached a major milestone this past week, with the addition
of the 100th LightWave 3D tutorial on the NewTek website.
As of late May of this year the site had boasted only about
a dozen, but NewTek's new marketing team made a goal of beefing
up the training content, and soon from two to five tutorials
per week were being added.

100th Tutorial on Lightwave 3D
The tutorials were created by NewTek staff and by generous
members of the community of LightWave users. The new tutorials
range from beginner to advanced level, and cover a variety
of topics from interactive walk-throughs of the interface
to basic modeling techniques to soft body dynamics and expressions
for physics. Every aspect of 3D animation is touched on.
"We make one of the top 3D animation packages in the world,
and we are committed to helping our community of users unlock
the power of the great toolset we provide," said William Vaughan,
NewTek's LightWave Evangelist. "We meet that goal with both
our affordable training tours and with the tutorials we make
freely available to users on our website. Having one hundred
tutorials on the site was just our first goal, of course.
Now we're going for two hundred!"
