MacCAD News: Graphisoft to be listed on Budapest stock exchange

Graphisoft, the makers of ArchiCAD, continue to move upward financially in the world. The company has announced that they will be listed on the Budapest stock exchange in mid May 2000. According to a press release:

"Graphisoft has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Neuer Markt since 1998. The listing in Budapest is an important further step in Graphisoft's development, as it will raise public awareness of the company and make the stock accessible to a broader set of investors.

Nomura Securities Hungary Ltd. has been appointed as Financial Advisor and Sponsor for the Listing. Nomura Securities Hungary Ltd. is the Hungarian subsidiary of the Nomura Group, one of the world's largest investment banks and market leader in the emerging economies of Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East, where Nomura plays a major role in introducing international capital to fast growing companies in those regions.
