Apple redesigns 'Creative' Web section

Architosh has discovered that Apple has redesigned its 'Creative' Web site section. There are a number of really good improvements to the design, including simplification of the initial interface—a noticeable theme at Apple.com.

Some Resources for Your Firm: Economics of the Mac

The Resources area now includes many existing economic studies and case studies of the Macintosh in action, demonstrating its advantage for creative professionals in many fields, but most importantly in publishing (print and web).

Pfieffer Reports on the G4 Benchmarks are also included on their own pages, for Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress and general system performance.

Areas of Focus: Poised for Greatness!

Apple's 'Creative' site centers on five main creative markets: Design & Print (its primary publishing/graphics stronghold), Desktop Movies (its leadership position in desktop video authoring), Web Publishing (another major market domination), Music & Audio (where the Mac continues to rule), and Digital Imaging (a focus Apple is spending more energy on after years of initial leadership...remember the Apple Digital Handheld cameras?)

In addition, at the bottom of 'Creative' you will find Apple MediaArts magazine links, searching abilities for feature stories and Seminars and Events.

So go check out Apple Creative. There are lots of interesting stories on some amazing creative professionals.
