Apple quietly launches Sci/tech website

Apple yesterday quietly launched a new SCI/Tech Web site area, though the site has not been officially mentioned by Apple's PR staff or on its Web site. We are expecting the Hot News section at Apple.com to mention the site at any moment now.

A peculiar thing happens when you go to the new SCI/Tech site. The site area is listed under no main tab at Apple.com. It may be that the holdup is graphics related or Web architecture related. Apple does not have a clear place under its Web architecture for the new SCI/Tech area. But they could always add one.
