Architosh Press Report: VISUALIZE IDEAS WITH CONCEPTDRAW MINDMAP BY CS-ODESSA
Odessa, Ukraine - September 3, 2001 - Computer Systems Odessa Corp., announces that ConceptDraw MINDMAP for Mac OS / Mac OS X and Windows will be released at the end of September 2001. Standard and Professional version of ConceptDraw MINDMAP will be available. The software will be available at the price of $99 (Standard version) and $155 (Professional version) through the company web site http://www.conceptdraw.com and international distributors.
ConceptDraw MINDMAP enables you to organize and display ideas in a simple visual way, utilizing the Mind Mapping technique. Branches, text notes and mind mapping symbols help the user to create comprehensive mind maps, easily modify or rearrange them.
ConceptDraw MINDMAP is the only dedicated mind mapping program for Mac OS, and the first software of its kind for Mac OS X. ConceptDraw MINDMAP is a cross-platform software, with a number of advanced features such as the brainstorming mode, powerful HTML export, support for popular graphic formats, outline import and export, and a large collection of pre-drawn library objects, including 170 central theme objects. Wizards and Assisstants help the user to create a mind map quickly. Unlike other mind mapping programs, ConceptDraw MINDMAP has a powerful graphics editor, allowing to create complicated illustrations using only this software.
"The release of ConceptDraw MINDMAP is a prominent event for us. At first, ConceptDraw technology gets a new field of application. Besides, we demonstrate our particular attitude to the Macintosh world by coming out with the only dedicated mind mapping program on the market - not only for the revolutionary MacOS X, but also for the classic Macintosh system" - says Stanislav Sedashov, VP of Development of CS-Odessa.
Mind Mapping, invented by Tony Buzan, is a graphic technique which provides a universal key to unlock the potential of the brain. It uses the full range of skills - word, image, number, logic, color and spatial awareness - in a single, uniquely powerful manner. This simple, but deeply profound process can be applied to studying, teaching, brainstorming, planning, problem solving, outlining, creative thinking, organizing, managing, presentations preparing and a wide range of other thinking needs. Mind mapping gives the opportunity to make the best of your brain power. Utilizing this technology, ConceptDraw MINDMAP helps people to organize, vizualize and render their ideas and make them clear for the others and for themselves.
